Saturday Flow Yoga 10:15-11:15am - A more physically challenging class, this class is best for those who are comfortable with many basic postures, and good for the student who wants to work! Focusing on matching breath with movement; where we move with our breath from one pose to the next. You can also always purchase the recording of the live class if you can’t make it into the studio (or over sleep).

Alexander Technique - Private Lessons on Fridays with Angeline LeLeux - not yoga, but Angeline works with you 1-on-1 to help you experience grace, poise, and moving with ease. Learn more about Alexander Technique and Angeline here.

I love to help people learn about their movement patterns and habits and use that knowledge to help them move more comfortably and efficiently, and reduce their pain. Monthly Passes -

I am offering two types of Monthly Passes, and that is the Virtual March Monthly Pass - Healthy Living and the Virtual March Monthly Pass - Gentle. Once you purchase a Monthly Pass, then you will receive a link before each of your scheduled classes; this saves you from having to log on and purchase each class individually. *If you ever miss a class (get stuck at work, lose track of time, etc.) I will automatically send you the link to view the class recording.

It's that time of year, so please know - I always post to both the website and social media if the studio will be closed due to any last minute catastrophes that make roads impassable or the studio inaccessible - snow, ice, marathons, etc. In these instances there is always a Live-Streaming option via Zoom in place of In-Studio.

If it is a class somewhere other than The Yoga Underground, I will still post to both the website and social media. If the class is due to occur at Sand Springs Chiropractic & Wellness I will post on that calendar as well.

Classes occur for the next 2 Wednesdays from 12:00-1:00pm. “A nice, gentle warm-up, a couple sun salutations, vinyasas sprinkled throughout. Sometimes we work towards a particular pose, but usually I take one shape, and I flip the perspective throughout class. Announcements

For those of you who may not have heard yet - I'm excited to let everyone know that I'm pregnant! I'm due at the very beginning of May.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out to offer their congratulations - I haven't replied to everyone directly, but please know how much I've appreciated all of your notes.

So what does this mean for yoga classes? Right now nothing is changing, but over the next few weeks and months I will have to begin scaling back what I can demonstrate during classes. This doesn't mean that what I am teaching will change, merely what I am able to demonstrate or do with you. As always I love questions, so always feel free to ask questions or ask for clarification, especially if it's during a movement that I can't physically show you at the time. We'll figure it out together. My goal is to teach until the middle of April at which time I will start my maternity leave with a goal to restart classes as soon as I am medically able - hopefully around the middle of June. While I am out on maternity leave the Yoga Class Library Membership will be up and running so that you can continue to follow your yoga schedule, with all of your favorite classes available there.

New Studio Classes Coming in January!
January 2022 is going to be exciting at The Yoga Underground!

First up: Beginning January 4th I'll be offering a 5-week series: Therapeutic Yoga for your Neck and Shoulders. This is a beginner-friendly class series focused on helping you to become more aware of how you move, and how you can move better; primarily in your shoulders, arms, neck, and upper back. So if you know that by the end of this year you'll be carrying extra stress and tension in your neck, shoulders, or upper back (or if it's there already) this is the series for you! Sign up early - there is a minimum enrollment of 4 students for this series, so make sure to enroll here before January 1st.

Next up: *Shannon* is going to be back on Wednesdays from 12-1pm with a 6-week class series beginning January 5th to help you start your year off with some awesome yoga time! Sign up early - there is a minimum enrollment of 4 students for this series. So grab that friend who keeps saying they want to get back into yoga (or try it for the first time), and enroll here before January 1st. Want to join but can't make some of the classes? Good news, if minimum enrollment is met these classes will be available for drop-ins!
