This is your update about my maternity leave and class schedule, Yoga Class Library Membership, class passes, and generally what's going on.
But first - can I ask you a favor? Can you help spread the word about classes or the studio? To those of you that have left a review please know how much I appreciate it and your support! Leave me a review on Google or Facebook, post about the class that you took, or bring a friend with you to your next class. It will help allow me to keep doing what I do, and offer more classes and options to you.
Certified Yoga Therapist
I finished my 18 month program with Susi Hately of Functional Synergy on March 1st, and am now a Certified Yoga Therapist through The International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT)!
This has been a long journey and I would like to thank everyone for all of the support over this past year and a half. This is the highest level of certification available as there is not currently a licensing body here in the USA.
April Scheduling & Maternity Leave
I will be beginning my maternity leave at all teaching locations on April 15th. My goal is to begin easing back into my teaching schedule in mid-June, but (of course) that is subject to adjustment based on medical release, etc.
I will remain in touch however during that time, and will be reachable via email (albeit perhaps a bit slower than normal).
While I am not offering new class content during my leave I encourage you to check out the Yoga Class Library Membership. The price is a steal, and you have access to over a hundred classes that I have taught over the past few years.
This membership gives you full access to the collection of recorded classes that I have taught since March 2020.

Alexander Technique - Private Lessons on Fridays with Angeline LeLeux - not yoga, but Angeline works with you 1-on-1 to help you experience grace, poise, and moving with ease. Learn more about Alexander Technique and Angeline here.
Saturday Flow Yoga recording - A more physically challenging class, this class is best for those who are comfortable with many basic postures, and good for the student who wants to work! Focusing on matching breath with movement; where we move with our breath from one pose to the next. This month I will be offering this class as a recording only as I begin to slowly ease into my maternity leave.
Private Sessions and Yoga Therapy with Leta
I love to help people learn about their movement patterns and habits and use that knowledge to help them move more comfortably and efficiently, and reduce their pain. I am not currently booking new sessions due to my pending maternity leave, but I will begin seeing new clients again this summer. If you are interested in learning more about how you move and how you can move with more ease, I'd love to hear from you. Group Classes
Live Streaming - I am offering 2 classes each week via live streaming through ZOOM: Healthy Living Yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Check out this month's schedule on the website.
Sand Springs Chiropractic & Wellness -
My Chair Yoga class is on Wednesdays from 11:30am-12:30pm. Cost is $10 per session. You can pay in-person before class starts, or reserve your spot and pay in advance through the website. Please note: class size is limited to 8 people - first come, first served.
TU-Collins Fitness Center - For those of you who have access to the CFC classes I'm there leading class on Thursdays from 12:15-1:00pm, and Saturdays from 12:30-1:20pm. Come out and join me!
Purchasing Classes and Passes
If you want to join a class simply choose a class off the class schedule. When you find the class you want click on it, then click "Add to Cart"; you will be redirected to the purchase page for that class. Once you finish checking out on the website you will immediately receive a purchase receipt.
Monthly Passes -
I am offering one type of Monthly Pass, and that is the Virtual April Monthly Pass - Healthy Living. Once you purchase a Monthly Pass, then you will receive a link before each of your scheduled classes; this saves you from having to log on and purchase each class individually. *If you ever miss a class (get stuck at work, lose track of time, etc.) I will automatically send you the link to view the class recording.
