Deepen your self-awareness with Therapeutic Yoga in April

I find how people move fascinating.

In my experience the more you know about your movement habits the better you are able to care for yourself. And who doesn’t want to be able to take better care of themselves, to keep themselves out of pain, and increase their ease? I know I do.

This is why I’m using April to focus on helping people learn about how they move. We all move (most of us all day); but when was the last time you really noticed how you moved through your day? So come spend some time on your yoga mat and let’s focus on being aware of how we’re moving.


Learn how to feel safe and strong in your shoulders

This is a 4-week, beginner-friendly series.

Every Thursday from 7:00-8:15pm I’ll help you learn to be aware of how you feel as you move. How to let your arms, shoulders, and upper spine move independently and together in the most efficient, stable, and pain-free way possible. We'll also look at how you can work to increase your range of motion.

A 1-Day Workshop at my clinic office in Sand Springs (10 minutes from Downtown Tulsa) focused on improving your awareness of and function in your hips and hip sockets.

Most people I know have pain (or fatigue, or stiffness) in their hips or their lower back. But did you know they’re often connected? Because often they try to do each other’s work.

Come spend 90-minutes of your Saturday with me learning how you can feel better and have more movement efficiency in your hips and pelvis (and your low back by association).

Side Thought - Workshops are a great opportunity for some time on your mat for those of us who don’t feel like they can get themselves to a class regularly.

Each of these is limited to a small group - only 5 spots in each - to ensure that everyone gets focused, individual attention. I will meet with all registered students for a 5 - 10 minute private consult via phone call or Zoom meeting prior to our first session. During this time you will discuss your movement habits and history, and any particular areas or movements you would like to explore. This consult is included in the price.
