About the Studio
We are a cozy studio in a wonderful historic building, with dressing rooms and lockers (please bring your own lock) available for student use. Offering a variety of yoga classes with a focus on proper skeletal alignment and safety. We want to be a place for you to come build your mind/body relationship, relax, and be able to focus on yourself and how you feel while you’re with us.
Our Location
Located in Downtown Tulsa’s Blue Dome district at 4th and Frankfort, the studio is located in the national historic building known as “The Dock”, and right underneath NEFF Brewing. The studio’s private entrance is on the East side of the building just off the parking lot.
