This prenatal class is designed with your body and the changes that are currently happening in mind. Leta teaches this class with particular attention to:
Pelvic Floor Stability and Responsiveness
Core Stability and Responsiveness
Pelvic and Lower Back Stability and Mobility - keep your lower back as comfortable as possible while working on mobilizing the tissue around your pelvis as it changes and shifts.
Strength and Stability in your Feet - because not only do your feet not have to grow when you’re pregnant but working this area can also dramatically help your stability and mobility both during your pregnancy and during your postpartum recovery.

How it Works - In-Studio Option
The In-Studio option for this class occurs at The Yoga Underground. It is recommended that you arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts to give yourself time to get settled and ready to go.
How it Works - Recorded Option
The Recording of the live class will be available to access beginning at 8am CT the day after the live class until the following Saturday at 11:59PM CT.
